The Association for Jungian Sand Therapy in Ireland offers five tiers of membership:

— Student Member

— Associate Member

— Accredited Member

— Accredited Supervisor

— Accredited Trainer

 

The organisation offers full accreditation to members who have satisfied the requirements for same and who subsequently demonstrate continuous adherence to AJSTI’s code of ethics and standards of practice, of which continuous professional development and appropriate supervision are the cornerstones.

As a legally-registered Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG), AJSTI is owned entirely by its members who, by law, will not profit from its operation and take no profit in the event of it winding up, but will instead pass on all such funds to an organisation with a similar charitable status and ethos.

AJSTI’s Board of Trustees is nominated and elected annually by AJSTI’s accredited membership. Board Members are obliged to retire at the end of each annual term of office, though may stand for re-election if nominated.
